How to claim your 150€
In order to claim your 150€, simply ask your friend to reference your name, email address and phone number when making their booking, this can be done by visiting the management team in the office at the property, by mail or calling:

Once the property team at Prime Student Living have received your friends deposit, verified your friend’s signed tenancy agreement and once the 14 days cooling off period has expired, we will then process your ‘Refer a Friend’ 150€.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for this to be processed and posted out to you.
Please note:
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, however, the “Refer a Friend” reward is only obtainable if room availability allows your friends to complete their booking in their chosen property in accordance with the terms & conditions.
The “Refer a Friend” offer can be withdrawn at any time.
The Tenancy Agreement will still refer to the requirement to pay the full rent.
The 150€ “Refer a Friend” promotion does not come into effect until the referred friend has signed the Tenancy Agreement and we have accepted it.
The 150€ “Refer a Friend” promotion is for tenants, personal and not transferable.
The “Refer a Friend” offer is available to a limited number of bookings per property and can be withdrawn at any time.
The “Refer a Friend” offer is not available if you are looking for a new tenant, who should take over your contract.
